Sarah Colvin is the producer and host of "Inside Cape Cod" and co-hosts the Frank-FM Morning Show with Steve McVie weekdays from 6 to 10 AM.
You've heard Sarah's voice on Cape Cod airwaves since the summer of 2000, when Steve gave Sarah her first job as a top 40 DJ on 96.3 the Rose. She's been reporting news on Cape Cod since 2005 and joined the CodComm team in 2014.
Born and raised on Cape Cod, Sarah has a true love for the place in which she lives and works, and enjoys sharing information about all aspects of life on Cape Cod with her listeners. Inside Cape Cod takes a look at important local issues including wastewater, energy, economy, the needs of the Cape's younger population, substance abuse issues, and so much more.
As a broadcast journalist, Sarah Colvin Nelson has reported from one end of Cape Cod to the other, covering events ranging from the arrival of Hurricane Katrina evacuees at Air Station Cape Cod, the 100th anniversary celebration of the Pilgrim Monument, and even talking with World War II veterans while taking flight aboard a vintage B-24 bomber. She has also had the opportunity to have serious discussions with local leaders and experts on a myriad of local issues.

Sarah serves on the Board of Directors for CCYP (Cape Cod Young Professionals and the Community Leadership Institute of Cape Cod. She is a 2015 graduate of the Community Leadership Institute of Cape Cod and holds a Certificate in Municipal Government Leadership and Management from Suffolk University.
